For offices already filing

Switch service bureaus without losing a season.

Bring last season’s bank report. We place your office by your funded bank products, put every fee in writing, and give you a person to call in Margate.

Part IWhere you’d land

Your bank report decides your price.

Funded bank products from last season, confirmed by the bank’s end-of-season report. No sales call needed to find out.

Under 50

Base

Standard support and training.

$1,295
50 – 199

Medium

Priority support, a start-of-season setup call and marketing templates.

$695

Per office, 2027 tax season. Plus $40 per funded bank product, from the taxpayer’s refund. Early-bird: $100 off Base or Medium by October 31, 2026. Not included: transmission fee, SFS technology fee, and bank fees.

Part IIHow switching works

Five steps, and you know your price at step two.

  1. Send last season’s bank report

The end-of-season report from your bank product provider. It shows your funded count, which is what places you.

  2. Get your placement and every fee in writing

Your package, your price, the $40 per funded product, and the fees that are not ours. Before you commit to anything.

  3. Tell Harry what you use now

Name your current software, and Harry will tell you what can come over from last season before you decide.

  4. Set up and train before the season

TaxWise installed, bank-product enrollment for the new season, and training. Medium and Premium offices get a setup call.

  5. File with someone to call

Support all season from people who file on TaxWise too. Credits and any package difference are settled after the season.

Part IIIBefore you leave

A checklist for leaving your current bureau.

Do these while you still have full access to your old account. They protect you no matter who you switch to.

  • Download your prior-year returns and client list while your login still works.
  • Read your contract’s renewal and cancellation terms, including any notice period.
  • Confirm the EFIN you file under is in your own name. Every office should have its own.
  • Write down any fees, rebates or credits you’re owed, and when they pay out.
  • Plan your bank-product enrollment for the new season before the season starts.
  • Keep your client consent forms (IRC §7216) with your records.
Part IVQuestions

What switching offices ask.

I’m with another service bureau. Can I switch?
Yes. Send us last season’s bank report and we place your office in Base, Medium or Premium by your funded bank products. Tell Harry which software you use now, and he’ll tell you what can come over before you commit. How switching works.
What if my office finishes below its package level?
Offices placed in Medium or Premium by last season’s bank report pay that package’s price up front. If the season finishes below that level, the difference is billed after the season, based on the bank’s end-of-season report. No surprises: you’ll know the rule before you sign up.
What isn’t included in the price?
Not included: transmission fee, SFS technology fee, and bank fees. Those appear on the bank paperwork, and Harry will give you the current amounts before you choose. Current-year e-file is free; prior-year e-files are $6 per return.
Who answers when I call during tax season?
You call the office at (954) 710-8296 and ask for Harry. Harry Deshommes has prepared taxes for 24+ years and has worked in TaxWise for 20+. During tax season the office is open Mon–Fri 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Premium offices also get a direct line to Harry.
What counts as a bank product?
A funded refund transfer: the taxpayer’s refund goes through the bank, and the fees are paid from it. Only funded bank products count toward your package, and we confirm the count with the bank’s end-of-season report.
